01
Who decides
what.
Speed at the executive level. Constraint at the board level. The two are set against each other on purpose.
Executive
Founder-led
Day-to-day direction sits with the founder. A platform at this stage needs to be able to move.
Board
Reserved matters
Significant partners hold defined rights over the decisions that most affect their capital. Those rights come from the formal documents, not from this website.
Hub level
Local oversight
Each hub company keeps its own accounts and reports to the platform board, at a frequency set in its documents.
Cooperative
Member accountability
KOPIT, the cooperative shareholder, brings an existing board and an existing membership, answerable in the ordinary way.

02
What we
are still
building.
The current team covers executive leadership, ground operations, compute infrastructure, connected systems, energy design and finance. It is not yet the full organisation required at portfolio scale.
The founding round builds the operating capacity, controls and additional leadership needed as the first hub becomes a portfolio. The platform shows the leadership it has and names the capabilities it will add.
The platform does not claim a finished organisation; it builds one against real operating milestones.
Volume I · Chapter 1603
Institutional
housekeeping.
Unglamorous, and the first thing a serious counterparty checks.
- Audit.
- An established audit firm will be appointed at first close, deliberately early, to build the operating history that later institutional capital requires.
- Shariah structuring.
- Shariah-compliant variants can be designed for Malaysian institutional and takaful capital where required, subject to the relevant legal and Shariah review.
- Reporting.
- Regular operational and financial reporting to the capital in the stack, at a cadence set in the documents rather than at convenience.
- Related parties.
- Hardware, construction and land transactions with any connected party are declared, and need the approval the formal documents set for them.
